Bow Valley College

Bow Valley College is Calgary and region’s largest Comprehensive Community College — with 14,000 full- and part-time students, Bow Valley College provides career programming in business, health, community studies, technology, adult upgrading, and English language learning. 

Lakeland College

Lakeland College is a post-secondary college in Alberta, Canada. It is publicly funded, and maintains two campuses in Vermilion and Lloydminster. Lakeland serves over 7,000 students through the academic year with 2,223 studying full- and part-time.

MacEwan University

MacEwan University is a public undergraduate university located in the city’s downtown core of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Formerly a two-year college, in 2009, it became Alberta’s sixth university. MacEwan University offers ten baccalaureate degrees, one applied degree and 43 diploma and certificate programs.

NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology)

The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology is a polytechnic and applied sciences institute in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. NAIT provides careers programs in applied research, technical training, applied education, and learning designed to meet the demands of Alberta’s technical and knowledge-based industries.

NorQuest College

NorQuest College is a publicly funded community college in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The student body is approximately 10,900 full-time or part-time credit students, and approximately 8,500 non-credit or continuing education students. Approximately 1,600 students graduate each year.

Olds College

Olds College is an Alberta public post-secondary institution located in Olds, Alberta, established in 1913 as Olds Agricultural College. The college opened its first satellite campus in Calgary in 2006 in partnership with the Calgary Stampede Board. Total student enrollment for the 2018–2019 year was 1,438.

Red Deer Polytechnic College

Red Deer Polytechnic College is a public comprehensive community college of approximately 7,000 students in credit programs and 10,000 in non-credit programming located in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.

SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology)

The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology is a polytechnic institute in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. SAIT offers more than 110 career programs in technology, trades and business. Established in 1916, it is Calgary’s second oldest post-secondary institution and Canada’s first publicly-funded technical institute.

University of Alberta

The University of Alberta, also known as U of A or UAlberta, is a public research university located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It was founded in 1908 by Alexander Cameron Rutherford, the first premier of Alberta, and Henry Marshall Tory, the university’s first president.

University of Calgary

The University of Calgary is a public research university located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The University of Calgary started in 1944 as the Calgary branch of the University of Alberta, founded in 1908, prior to being instituted into a separate, autonomous university in 1966.

University of Lethbridge

The University of Lethbridge is a public comprehensive and research university, founded in the liberal education tradition, located in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, with a second campus in the city of Calgary, Alberta.
