Amii’s Machine Learning Technician Certification prepares Albertans for roles of the future
EDMONTON, AB (August 19, 2021) – The Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii) is offering 20 scholarships for the Machine Learning Technician Certification, a nine-week program that empowers participants to gain new skills and abilities toward technical careers in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. The scholarships will cover the full cost of registration with a focus on giving access to individuals who are typically underrepresented in STEM fields, who are recent immigrants to Canada or who live in rural settings. These scholarships are available in the Fall 2021 cohort, which takes place live online from September 21 to November 19, 2021.
