Community Call – Students want to Hear from Tech Sector
As we travelled the province this year, our Technology Alberta team has met many local leaders. We look forward to sharing their stories in the coming months, but what we’ve seen in both urban and rural settings – is the same passion to build social networks, grow a sense of community, and their commitment to youth.
Technology Alberta receives many, many requests from post-secondaries, asking us to visit and inform their students of the great opportunities in Alberta’s tech sector. Although we don’t have the needed budget to staff all of these opportunities – working together with community-builders, entrepreneurs, and volunteers, we are interested in doing what we can to support. So that is the call to action – join us to provide information and role models to Post-Secondary Students across the province, and help inspire them to stay in Alberta, and be part of our growing tech sector. Contact us at [email protected] – and help us keep great talent here in Alberta.
