Learning gives Energy – Inspiring Innovation
It is my honour to be writing this note from our 2nd edition of the “Adaptive Leadership Course for Tech Professionals”. With all the courses that I have been to, it is exciting to be inspired and surprised – by not only the instructor, but the students. This first day of the multi-day course is on a Thursday afternoon – and the tech professionals (students) are SO EXCITED to be here, and SO LOOKING FORWARD to learning how to lead their teams better.. and grow their tech companies. Their interests were centered on bringing more value to their teams, instead of doing this for themselves. With great power comes great responsibility… indeed. So exciting to see such responsible current and future leaders – I am inspired.

So take a moment, to make this their moment, and Alberta’s moment, and all our moment! Help us recognize the excellence in our companies, teams, and communities across all regions in Alberta.
